Hi Lucy,

Hope you don't mind me putting in my two cents. First off, I would request MH's free seminar booklet (in pdf format) by going to the bottom of the first page of While you are there, do some reading at this website. It is a compliation of MH's curezone postings. A little background on MH: he is an ordinary guy who became sick & tired of being sick (just as you are). He works in a lead factory here in the US and he had lead poisoning so bad his legs would bleed. He began researching and in the process became a Master Herbalist (MH) and cured himself. The bottom line is clean blood and the body will cure itself.

You mentioned you had metal poisoning but no amalgams. Did you find out where or how you are getting these toxins? Very curious about this, please reply.

Also being vegetarian is great with no meat, but I tend to agree with MH that dairy is also not good as it is very mucus forming. Grains? maybe sprouted. Mostly fruits with a few veggies. Nuts & berries--good.

The use of the enemas have probably caused a loss of intestinal muscle tone, but it sounds like you have had to use them. Also read about this at the above website especially about the temperature of the enemas. I would suggest using the Lower Bowel Balance formula (available at but they may not ship to UK). If you can't get this formula, I would get Dr. John R. Christopher's book "School of Natural Healing" which is suppose to have the herbal formulas and make it myself. MH's version is based on Christopher's formula, but also has some extras ie olive leaf. This formula will tone the intestinal muscles and it will probably take months to get yours back in order.

Once again, if you can, please reply about the metal poisoning. And keep researching and hang in there--from age 9 to 22--you're definitely a fighter!
