I think I wouldn't be so concerned if I weren't worrying so much about what I was eliminating and how I do it. MH and others seem to stress the great importance of these daily bowel movements, while others say not to worry at all. It is all confusing me...please, if you could just give me information in this area I'd be able to continue without anxiety. I don't know weather to keep doing enemas or just let things be.
Also, would it be OK if I drank herbal teas as well as the OJ/distilled water?
(edit: basically the thing that I keep thinking about is if these toxins will circulate forever if I don't get them out of the bowel properly or not...that is the impression I am under. If I were to not eliminate them through the bowel, would they continually cause symptoms or would my body destroy them?)
