The superficial cardiac plexus is a nerve plexus connected to the heart.
The sternoclavicular joint is the joint between sternum (the bone in the middle of the chest between the ribs) and the collarbone.
3rd rib needs to be released means that there is a blockage in one costocondral joint (a joint in the ribcage of rib number 3). that may cause you pain or stiffness in this area.
A force in the area T1-T6 means that you need release of the thoracic spine in the level of 1.to 6. of the thoracic segments.
These are blockages that need to be worked on by a practitioner.
Regarding the things below, the number of times depends upon how your practitioner will evaluate it. Sometimes it will be sufficient with only one urogenital manipulation.
