Thanks for that idea. I'll try that next time. I have to say that some days I feel that I should and can eat raw meat, and then I change my mind. I'm not sure what to think right now. Have you been eating raw meat for any length of time, and have you seen any benefits from eating it? I am going to Hungary next Friday and I'll be there and in Vienna for 11 days, and have been very worried about what I'm going to eat. I doubt that there will be any way for me to get raw meat, maybe raw fish, though. I don't know how I will be able to manage eating raw eggs if I don't have raw milk or cream to mix them in. And so I've been trying to eat cooked meat this week, but I don't feel good after I eat it.
If anyone has any ideas about how to do this while travelling, I would appreciate hearing them.
