In both of those countries using raw meat.

However, for foreigners {especially Americans} they will usually try to have you avoid them, or cook them for on the assumption that you would outright refuse to eat them raw.

In Hungary, it may even be possible to find the Caucasus dishes {Turk immigrants} using raw lamb.

Unless you pay for high dollar Japanese sushi, I'd really doubt you'd find raw fish to eat as both countries are landlocked...Even for raw fish, I've never seen Freshwater fish eaten raw.
