I think it would be..there are just way too many great compound found in veggies,kownn and unknown. But there are people and cultures that do just great on a no-vegetable diet,meat only diet.
I just had a huge salad for lunch BTW.
I will start my raw venture here very soon. I got my AV books and I'm better educated about the whole process. I am prediabetic so this diet is going to be best for me.
I dropped all my starchy carbs and increased my fat and protein 4 weeks ago. I have slipped a couple of times,but with no excercise at all,I've lost 23 lbs. My wife has lost 15 and she is a big proponent of carbs.
I wasn't really over weight. I'm 6'0 and weiged 225lbs. Now I'm 202. If I had been working out,I would've hardened up a bit as well.
