Furikake - there is all kinds of blends, just need to check the label as most have MSG, but there is natural availble even in US asian stores.
Tamari is generally very analagous to Nama-Shoyu in the States.
FYI - the Salmon that is eaten raw is flash-frozen at processing time to kill parasites - this even goes for Japan at least for what is available in the stores, as a lot is caught in Alaska and shipped...obviously a 'sushi bar' is different, and they go straight to the suppliers themselves.
