Re: Why does ACV make heart burn go away?

Contrary to what most people believe about heartburn, it does not come from an acidic stomach. Heartburn comes from a plugged up gut and an alkaline stomach. The acidity occurs before the stomach and causes heartburn. Apple Cider Vinegar is acidic and causes the stomach to become acidic, which allows the somach to digest food properly. When food is digest properly, the acid in your stomach is doing its job where it is supposed to. Apple cider vinegar is wonderful for heartburn. Make sure to get unfiltered, non-distilled, apple cider vinegar with the mother(It is cloudy). Drink one or two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar in a glass of clean filtered water or juice, three times a day and you will have a great way to balance your pH and get rid of your heartburn.

I would also consider drinking three glasses of distilled water with a pinch of unrefined Sea Salt . This will help clear your gut and colon of the blocked up undigested food.

Combined, ACV and the water with Sea Salt makes your whole body work better. Watch how your urine looks after this combination. It will turn from dark yellow with acid reflux to clear.
