Main thing is to drink a lot of water to get as much of the causative substance out of your system.

I took a quick google look and it sound like you may have had a bit too much caffeine.

They all suggest not to throw up (??) but one site sugested activated charcoal.

Are you going to the bathroom a lot? Apparently this will continue... So that;s why the need for water is more urgent.

And would venture to guess no purgatives either, as they predict diarrhea will follow.
