Celtic Sea Salt is very healing. Perhaps add a pinch and some lemon to your drinking water?
Mostly, try to calm yourself and let your body do its thing. Stress or negative thoughts (fear) are much worse than the event that was. After all, you can't change the past - but can certainly affect the now.
The flu sypmtpoms are signals that your body is "cleaning house".
You're doing excellent things to help your body.
