you know if you increase the amount of ceyanne you don't need the tea or the swf. i bought the stuff Just D suggested and wow. ummm holy cow it was like wow. i just mixed some up to have one day cause i like it, and cramps and boy did i poop. it is 90,000 HU and it is safe to say before that i was only using the 30,000 HU any way dave i think it is but i cant remember his name he always ends his post "aloha" gave that tip and i have to agree it works. lol just a thought. he is up to 1/2 a tea. a drink I did try it and whoa couldn't do i am still staring at the bottle with way to much ceyanne in it. lol Tweet
