I have to agree about the blood typing being overrated. I also tried it for a good year and a half and personally it didn't do a thing but make me feel worse. I believe it has some good ideas on introducing varioius new healthier foods into one's diet but other than that it just doesn't seem to be something I found very beneficial and in fact some of the HB foods were problematic for me and those that were a no were of benefit to me. It's not an exact science.
