you know what? I felt the same fatigue, and as soon as I would start working out, I would get sick and have to stop. That is what they want. You can do it. 30 minutes a day on the treadmill will make you feel like a million bucks, and they really can't stand exercise....even if you feel like crap, just get in 30 minutes, even if real slow, in walking....its the first step on the road, you have to know you feel better....I'm in week 5 of this process....I'm not losing weight, but I am toning!!
