Well, this might not help, but we make our own mayonaise. Beat two egg yolks with mixer, add 2 T. apple cider vinegar, then add 2 cups extra virgin olive oil one drop at a time - also add in one drop at a time 2 T. lemon juice - keep adding the oil until you have used about 1/2 cup - then you can add the oil in in a small steady stream. Then stir in your spices. We make hot cayenne or savory herb or just plain. It'll keep for about a month in the fridge. It is cheaper and healthier and a lot better tasting than any store bought mayo.
