Well, I just posted a huge message a bit ago before I read this but I'll go ahead and add on! I would love to keep this going daily!!!
Current wgt loss goal this fast: 20-30 lbs
Current progress: Not sure- haven't weighed myself yet
Today I feel: Physically- good. Mentally- I am having a very hard time NOT having food. I feel frustrated that I can't have it! Support? THoughts?
Yesterday good: Felt fantastic! Completed my first day of an all liquid fast in well over a year.
Yesterday not so good: Had too much coffee. Probably wasn't the best. I'm working on it!
Today: Back and forth on feeling good. Overall, I feel frustrated with myself.
My observation/question: How do you get past not having food when it's a mental game? I feel great physically it's all my head! Grrr...
