Thankyou for taking the time to respond I really do need all the help I can, my last fast was so easy but this one I have a real mental war going on in my head. Tell me this will work jen. Do you have a family at home? do people at school notice that you are fasting? I know I wont give in because I dont have enough time left to not do this properly, what is the occation you are fasting for again? it has been a little cold here for the past few days and I find it easier when its warm, I guess the fine weather just puts me in a more positive mood.I will weigh myself on friday and I know the weight loss( if I dont cave ) will be enough to encourage me to keep going. well take care oh and I thought you said you were going to get an early night lol WE CAN DO THIS AND WE WILL BE SKINNY gunnab Tweet
