I posted elsewhere for you but wasn't sure where you read it and here you are!
Thanks so much for the encouragement. I do feel deflated, not totally though. I just want to start to feel like I'm making progress and without that feeling I tend to think maybe I should try something else. Like tonight I'm trying to rationalize that eating maybe 1/2 a piece of chicken each day (no carbs and minimal calories) would get things further and I'd be albe to exercise more. I jusst need to stay strong and know it will happen. Tired of feeling lumpy ya know?
So how are you hun? Are you getting the dizzies at all or did that surpass yesterday after you had some juice? I think that was a PERFECTLY FINE choice. A bit of juice will help push the energy up, especially if your goal is 20 days or higher. If it will help you get through the day then I say go for it! Your body will love you even more.
How are dinners at night going? Any easier? I had to s it through a dinner tonight myself and it is sooo hard! But I focused on the conversations I was having and that helped a lot. And I kept reminding myself that in a mere month I will be in a different place and can make different choices about food. Right now, I am focusing on this fast and nothing is going to stop me!
