Anytime that I cannot breathe, I seem to find that I have not been drinking enough water. Dehydration - and drinking water usually helps within an hour or so.
Also, for Phlegm, cayenne is fantastic. I take one teaspoon of store bought cayenne each day with lemon juice and a bit of celtic Sea Salt . (I also add lemon and a pinch of Sea Salt to my drinking water.)
The other day I cried so much, from the bottom of my soul cry, and guess what? No dripping, no closed off nose, no after effects AT ALL. Totally clear, like I had never cried at all. I attribute this lack of mucous to my daily dose of cayenne.
That said, I did stop all dairy, though I was never big on it anyway.
For bloating I would tell you to take some really good probiotics and activated charcoal - they will help, but ultimately maybe you should revise your diet?

PS: some people that cannot do the heat of cayenne are mixing it with a bit of raw honey and they say it does not taste "hot".
