Re: I rather be an UGLY DUCKLING than stinky

Ok, so let's break this down:

Do you smell all the time? Has it been diagnosed? (not accounting for medical conditions for the purpose of this post) Is it when you get nervous?

Do you wash your belly button? really wash it with a q-tip? then rinse and rinse and wash?

What about your ears: same, wash behind and any piercings. one clogged piercing can stink to high heaven.

Get a real good Colon Cleanse product, all good health begins and ends in the colon.

Probiotics.

Dry you hair thoroughly.

Don't drink any alcohol.

No Sugar AT ALL

No flour products (bread, pasta, pizza...)

Lots of water, a few pinches of celtic Sea Salt , clorophyll, cilantro

Wear cotton

No big, loose or ill fitting clothing. (traps heat, causes sweat)

Extremely meticulous wiping habits

No Sugar substitutes or diet foods

No junk food

Mint tablets and mint leaves with your salads etc.

No dairy AT ALL

I can't think of anything else at the moment....

Don't sit too close to others in stressful situations - during a meeting make a place for yourself with a body's width of breathing room.

If still there is a prob - more thought has to go into it. It may be genetic.

However, I think a lot of things on this list can just be checked off, and the leftovers considered and eliminated. There has to be an answer...

Maybe too much sulphur? How to check for that? Just popped in my mind.

Will think some more

***Some of these questions might seem silly, but some are things to check off when taking care of someone that has to stay in bed for a period of time.
