I eat a vegetarian diet...morning is usually some fruit, sometimes slippery elm gruel. Then I have the alkalising drink. Lunch is usually raw veggies (seasonal), some cooked veggies and a grain (usually rice). I have another drink mid-afternoon.
I also eat eggs/yogurt 3-4 times a week during lunchtime. Dinner is usually very light, usually some veggies and/or a grain again. I also have green tea in between meals. Most days I have 3 alkalising drinks, sometimes 2.
Im concerned about the kelp though, since Ive been consuming more kelp.
Invincible--you do have a very good point about the emotional aspect contributing to acne--I have noticed that when I am stressed out and obssessed with my acne, it usually gets worse.
