Maybe she has a suggestion for replacing the calcium in the Moreless drink, since that is one very important part of the recipe. As a matter of fact, Dr. Kelly explains the importance of calcium either in his lecture, or in his book as well.
One of the reasons as I understand it, that if we do not provide enough calcium - needed to neutralize acids, the body leaches it from our bones.
Lapis had suggested angstrom minerals, I'll look for that post and add the link for you to view.
I do still suggest that you take B12 sublingual (specially made to absorb directly into the bloodsteam by placing under the tongue) - I think that will help you with the tiredness, especially since you have digestive problems. Our body sometimes is not able to absorb some of the B vitamins when taken internally, and these are essential for energy and mood.
It is one of the things that helped me and some of my family and friends, immediately. I take it daily, at lunch time.
If Owen suggested enzymes, I'd take that advise as golden. He is one of the most giving and knowledgeable advisors [in my humble opinion], and he has spent many years in radiant health, so that is a great reference.
