scared

hello everyone.
i am having outbreaks 3-4 times a year. i have learned how to lead a healthier life which has helped me a lot in reducing outbreaks. however, i still get them. even when i get enough sleep and dont get stressed, i still get an outbreak. i learned how to live with it. what scares me most of all is that i would like to get pregnant but i am VERY scared of having an outbreak during pregnancy. i know it can be very dangerous for the health of the baby. i have been so scared that i keep postponing getting pregnant. i know some women who went through pregnancy without contracting herpes to their babies. but i am not sure if they had any outbreaks ( did not dare to ask them).

any comments/suggestions on that would be greatly appreciated.
cheers
