I used to have this problem like you wouldn't believe. I'd get panic attacks mainly at night as I was falling asleep. They'd wake me up, I'd control my breathing and get it to pass, start drifting off to sleep again, and again it'd happen. It could go on like this 4 or 5 times. It got to be I was afraid to go to sleep at night.
thankfully, I have no panic or anxiety, of which I had almost constantly, anymore. You can overcome this, not to worry. Keep looking into natural methods, cleansing, and work towards healthy diet. It all helps. The thing that cured the panic for me was liver flushes.
