I do suffer from muscle spasms during the day and leg cramping at night. I think part of the problem is not enough exercise. I have a desk job that requires 8 hours of sitting in one spot. Not exactly good for the body, you know? Anyway, I do believe I have a magnesium defiency. The question is "Why"? I'm betting it's got something to do with the parasites sucking all the precious vitamins and minerals that I need from my body. I've got terribly indented and ridged nails which definitely confirms deficiencies in something. Thanks for your input, I'll try some maganesium/calcium supplements.
