A week later???? This makes me think that it is not the Epsom Salt that did it but rather your need for E.S. - or more exactly your need for magnesium - E.S. is very reach in magnesium (utterly important for the bowels) and because candida depletes mag., it is important to supplement in huge amount (i take 3 X the recommended amount on my magnesium bottle) .
An enema is ALWAYS the best bet when you have bowel pain.
