Wow, that is amazing. I am hoping for the same stats (I'm about a size 16 now and would love to be in a 10). So what types of foods did you eat on your partial fast? Did you do any exercise? How much weight did you lose exactly?
I started a juice fast today and I am planning on doing it for 4 days, doing a partial fast over the weekend, then jucie fast for another 4 days. Any info would be appricated!
What part of NY do you live in? I am planning on moving there after I graduate college :)
