have been having rice milk in a protein shake with raw eggs, it is really tasty, but i do really crave it now. I've heard that if you crave something on the candida diet you should stop eating it as it is the yeast makeing you crave it as they are enjoying feeding from it ?
Even though rice milk says it does not have any Sugar in it, just Sea Salt , sunflower oil and rice, does its natural Sugar from the rice feed candida ??
Do you think i should stop drinking it ? I am not sure what else i could have for breakfast though !
