As far as spirulina and chlorella, they are known as superfoods. One is a blue-green algae and the other is a green algae. Spirulina has more vit. B-12 than liver, more calcium than milk, more protein than meat, more vitamin E than wheat germ and more beta-carotene than carrots.
Vitamin and mineral supplements are good for starving people but not us. There are at least a dozen green drinks powder. Get one of them. Very alkalizing and you feel a difference. You mix water and juice and mix in the powder and many taste greate.
They usually contain soy lecithin to clean arteries and make you smarter. Also spirulina, chlorella, barley grass, wheat grass and alfalfa grass. Loads of greens. Then other vegetables, maybe fiber like flaxseed or herbs. People love drinking them. Very refreshing. Many vitamin pills are like SWF. They come out just like how they went in (not digested at all). Everyone should use them instead of vitamin pills. A pill has a half a gram while you usually take about 10+ grams of green powder in a drink.
