Humaworm vs. Clarkia. Difference?

Wondering what is the difference between efficacy of humaworm and Clarkia. Have taken Clarkia before a few times but never passed anything I could recognize as flukes, worms , etc. Is humaworm stronger? Also, I've heard it takes 6 mos on a parasite program to kill all larvae, wondering why humaworm is so short?
