I am just starting out with 20 minute sessions. Part of the 20 minutes I switch to a Nordic Trak machine, for maybe 5 Minutes. I like the free pedal feeling with an Electric Resistance Bicycle. I have heard of Adjustable Fan bicycles, but i have not found one. I have access to a hotel gym, that has a few machines. i put the resitance on manual, and push the up and down arrow to adjust, as I am going along.
I did some sprint running the other day, and felt that was more than my heart was ready for. I have taken a few days off. I have been riding 3 days a week. My heart rate has been about 100 during my aerobic exercise.
I plan to excercise as long as I feel healthy.
