Holly, Don't beat yourself up about it. Although YOU are ENTIRELY in control of what you eat, when you eat and how much you eat, there are outside forces acting against you.
DO you know what they put in Mcdonalds foods (all fast food for that matter) candies, pop and other junk foods? Ever hear of high-fructose corn syrop? This (evil) substance is HIGHLY ADDICTIVE and WILL shut down the signals to your brain to singnal that you have eaten to satifaction. Try googling this you will find loads of info.
The best thing you can do for your health and your disorder is to cut out all sugars completely! Stop eating it and your cravings WILL stop. Keep that food out off your house as well.
Beej is right. Weight Watchers is wonderful They have a program called CORE where you don't have to count points for everything you eat. I have personally had success on it and I know it is the best diet plan out there.
However, You mentioned your borderline personality disorder, I know a little bit about that. I am wondering if you actually want to lose weight or if being obese serves you in someway?
