Re: Vit C and cravings

Hi, Vitamin C works to some extent. BUT you must get rid of the Sugar in your house as well. You can get enough Vit C from changing your food habits as well. You can try adding a bit of cinnimon to your foods or drinks as well.

The best thing that works for Sugar cravings I found what to eliminate it COMPLETELY from your life!
Be very careful with processed foods! The Sugar that they put into it is the BIGGEST cause of our cravings. High-fructose corn syrup is used in almost EVERYTHING process. This is and addictive food. They even put it in bread.

High-fructose corn syrup switches off the satisfaction signal to your brain. In other words after eating these foods you won't feel satisfied and you will keep eating and eating. You might even feel hungrier.

High-fructose corn syrup also is used as a preservative. Ever wonder why you can keep a loaf of bread for weeks? It gives it a nice texture as well.

High-fructose corn syrup along with other highly processed sugars are HIGHLY addictive!!!!!! Manufaturers KNOW this! it is proven. They add it to 99% of processed foods. Can't eat just one? Wonder why....

cut out sugar and within 2-3 days you will stop craving it. But get it out of your house too. You wouldn't expect an alcoholic to live in a house with alcohol in it. You might think that is an extreme example but sugar has a devestating effect on our health mentally and physically.
