It has to be so difficult to deal with something like this. Sorry to hear about your pain.

Do you know what caused the muscles to waste? Was it an injury, age, a condition or occupational?

Are you searching for pain management or a way to regenerate the muscles? Is that possible with perhaps physical therapy?

I am thinking you may look into DHEA? and - I saw a reference to Myostatin blockers (GDF-8) to allow muscles to regenerate; maybe there are natural muscle building supplements?

If you post a bit more info perhaps one of the many good souls here in CZ will post some suggestions for you.

Hopefully you will get some guidance that will help to deal with your pain.
