I eat almonds for filling up. I also find that sea-salting foods like cucumbers and radishes helps satiety and also provides alkalizing trace minerals that we tend to be deficient in. (Sea salt, not table salt !) I eat raw, peeled turnips, too - they're a good yeast fighter, but they're a little bit sweet so test them first...
