I'm underweight and very acidic. I have a hard time digesting fats (extremely oily face/scalp) and carbohydrates. I've lost a lot of weight due to an extended strict diet of mostly veggies, some meat and some fruit. I haven't been taking in enough calories each day because I've had reactions to a lot of different foods and have been afraid of another acne flair up/mood swing/fatigue. Can you name a few things I can eat that will quickly put some weight on my body but that are alkalizing? Is there such a thing? Seems like most alkalizing foods cause people to lose weight. I suppose you'll say something about a refractometer and that if you get quality foods you'll gain weight.
