Can anyone recommend a good quality wild oil or oregano product?

Another forum member has suggested that taking this will increase the effectiveness of my parasite cleanse so I'm interested in purchasing it but there is so much conflicting information on the web and I'm not sure which products are effective and which are just cheap rubbish. Does anyone have any advice please?
