Re: Numbness/tingling in back of the head?/ Chiro story and advice

Hi,
its difficult and actually not really advisable to do a long distance diagnosis so please do not see the following as that.
You may feel your Governer Meridian (GV20) on the head. That could be connected to problems in your sacrum and hips.
I encourage you to do all four basic Dorn Method Self Help Exercises to ensure improvement in your spinal alignment to help relax everything.

On the non-physical side: You may have had guidance for your life from someone that is no longer available in the same way and you just start to learn to take care of yourself and that is not always easy. You can do it believe and trust in yourself.

If you feel tense consider a step by step change/improvement in your lifestyle.
For immediate help you could try to reduce calcium intake (if you take any)because it can promote tension in the muscles. To relax them take magnesium (400mg) with taurin (magnesium-taurate), vitamin E and maybe St. John´s wort. But please confirm this with your doctor first.
