As already said they are passed normally if they are in the intestines. It is my understanding that if they are somewhere else, for instance the heart, they are broken down naturally by the white blood cells. If they are large they can rot and cause toxin problems. Which is yet another reason to make sure your kidney and liver are functioning well so they can handle it.
