You should be able to find the yogurt in a health food store. They make a Sugar free whole milk, low fat and fat free plain. Just make sure its "plain" and your ok. I have found dr ohhira's probiotic for sale on the internet for $32.50 for 60 capsules from harvest moon. It usually sells for $60.00 in stores. Try on line sources for best pricing. Good luck. Tweet
