I also had my IUD in for over 3 years. It has been about 3 weeks now that I had mine removed. I am starting to have less anxiety, my sleep pattern is returning to normal, I have had two spotty periods, and I really am starting to recognize significant differences in my personality. I am more jovial and happier. I don't yell at other drivers as much on the road, and I actually LOL again. There are a number of symptoms that are still present, but three years is a long time to $#%@ with your hormonal balance.
