Oh my dear, there is a whole world of wonderful, inexpensive things you can do for your health. Think of it this way. You cleanse to create a balance so that your body can do the work of repairing itself.
And then, when you have cleansed your body, you want to add essential nutrients in the form of enzymes and minerals back in.
Epsom Salt baths give you magnesium, which many many people are lacking. You only want to do one, no more than two bathes a week in this, as you will overload. But it is so very good for your body, and relaxing for your mind. You can eventually check out essential oils that can be added for antibacterial effects, like lavender. Hydrogen Peroxide is an excellent addition to the Epsom bath, and will kill whatever fungus is growing on your body. It will also give you oxygen. Food grade H202 is best, but that's a whole other story too. Your skin absolutely absorbs everything you put on it. Think about that next time you are taking a bubble bath with chemicals. Would you take a swig?...nope, I bet not!
Juicing should not come as a big surprise. juicing is the most efficient way to get good nutrients to your body, fast. A good auger juicer will become your best friend when you finally decide to take control of your health.
It's a mind set. The more you start to read, the more you become dismayed about the junk you have put into your body. Eventually you will become very selective about this.
Take it one step at a time. No hurry, no need to rush. Read as much as you can, and when something resonates with you, ask a bunch of questions, read as much as you can about it....and then go for it.
But add things in slowly, because when you finally find something that knocks your socks off, you want to make sure it's that one protocol. Doing too much is way too confusing.
