I want to THANKYOU for the link to that awesome website! I've just bookmarked it and am going to join their forum.
This year I have been more convicted than ever to maintain raw vegan eating habits (except tuna or grilled fish once in a while maybe)
And all my nuts and seeds are raw. There's nothing like raw almonds compared to roasted!
A little over a year ago, I really increased the amount of raw veggies and fruit--eating organic when possible and affordable, and I have drastically cut down the amount of meat I eat. If I have meat now, it's turkey, or fish-- and it's no larger than the size of a deck of cards. And when I eat meat-- I make sure to eat alot of raw veggies with it.
I have noticed from just making these minor changes alone that my skin is really really healthy , and I have lost excess fat deposits on my body. I also don't get as many colds as I did before--and so far no flues in over a year. Prior to this, I used to get about two flues a year. (Winter and Spring during Daylight savings time)
