I agree with the people who say change the diet. When I was 23, I had
constant yeast infections and discharge. It never dawned on me it could
be from Antibiotics & diet. Alternative medicine wasn't around as much,
or it wasn't in my family, and docs were kings. Thank goodness for the
internet and healthy solutions. My diet was horrible. I thought if I
ate a huge Chunky bar for lunch, I got my nuts and fruit. Sad but true.
Not one MD suggested I don't eat sugar. I also had endometriosis, which
is also caused by an unhealthy diet.
Look at it this way if the diet is difficult for you...the more you crave
something, the more something in your body is feeding off of it. It's
making you want it for its own survival.
Trust people when they tell you to change it. You will also see if you
are allergic to a food when you reintroduce it. Introduce them one
at a time and see if you wake up stuffy in the AM. My friend did not
know he had a wheat allergy until he tried this. You can do this with
any food. Stop it for 2 weeks, (for allergy testing - not Candida),
and reintroduce it.
