Don't feel so bad. I also go in phases were I eat great (But only for 2 weeks) then for 4 or 5 days eat everything bad to feed the candida feel temporary better then crash again and start the strict diet again that makes me feel sick (detox) then starts again.
I am going to try and phase out sugars and carbs over a peroid of time. This way I won't starve myself off things to quickly and eventually will want to give it all up.
