I did it again today
i read online you can mix the yolks with just about anything so i put them in my protein shake this morning with some oil and it tasted like chocolate.....it was chocolate whey protein.........and my stomach started to gurgle

instead of the enema I'm just taking 10 Epsom Salt capsules like with the flush and that works for me

yes, lot's of black gunk........

can't wait for my tongue to be pink that's a sure sign of good health

well, I'll do it again tomorrow

i'm going to do it for a week and rotate on and off with the lemons, limes, shakes, juice so as not to become to acidic :)

didn't see the parasites that looked like peanuts wish I had

I had these red gummy worms only 3X in thickness after my flush....with pouches like stomachs or they were pregnant......4 of them in all.......
