I'm feeling blue

I was tested for leaky gut and candida in oct, which both came back positive, i done the really strict diet but i have had some results today that the leaky gut is healed and my ph balance is almost normal but the candida has not budged at all, What have i been doing wrong!!

please reply i'm at my wits end now!!!
