Re: Natural Pesticides

Oh man, you wouldn't like our house. The outside is covered with spiders, they keep building webs. We brush some of the ugliest ones off of key spots, the rest only come off when the house gets pressure washed. And we have plenty of spider webs indoors, too! I rarely see the actual spiders but they are obviously here.
I am scared of those super-deadly spiders like black widow, brown recluse or whatever. But if he isn't poisonous, that wouldn't bother me too much. I'd prefer if they weren't IN my house, but whatever. We don't have wolf spiders here.

Now in Singapore no one could keep geckos out of their house! We would see them all the time, on the wall, the ceiling, the floor, the counters. Don't get the wrong idea, they didn't flood the place, but maybe once a day someone would spot one.
My cousin had particularly bad luck with them, twice she had opened a cupboard door just above her head and a gecko jumped onto her head! Another time she went to dry her hands on the dishtowel and ended up rubbing her hand on a gecko! She screamed each of these times! Humorous for the rest of us... ha ha

What you don't want is a rat terrorizing your whole house! That's what happened to me a few months ago! YIKES!

Anyway, hope you find something non-toxic and effective.
I wonder if any of the solutions discussed are effective against TERMITES?
