Check out my post today, "57 days mirena free!!." I am so with you woman. Tell your doctor that it is none of his/her business what birth control you decide to use with your husband. This thing will ruin your marriage as it did mine, and you have no sex drive, and believe me, it doesn't come back over night unfortunately, so you can let your body heal before you try any alternative birth control.

The most important thing you can do right now is to demand it removed immediately!!
