I assume that you are doing the MC "by the book" with nothing added and that you are either squeezing the lemons or using a citrus juicer and straining the pulp right? In other words NO solids.
While the MC does "some" colon cleansing there are more dedicated ways that concentrate more specifically on the colon. The most common one is using psyllium and bentonite (BPs) and you cna get info on colon cleansing if you go to the FAQs at the top of the page and look up "Ptrees Famous Post" lost of links to colon cleansing info and how to do the BPs.
It takes dedication and focus to do the BPs and you gotta do them for 4 to 6 weeks or so. I don't have that kind of dedication and dicipline to time all the BPs around my food intake and I really do not care for that full and to me bloated feeling from all the fiber and clay. I just could never make it past 2 or 3 weeks. After a number of attempts and reading lots of testimonials on an oxygen based protocol using Oxypowder that is what I did this last go round a few weeks back. The Oxy you take 4 pill a night for 7 days and you're done. At least for someone like me who has never had trouble with being regular my whole life.
