I did read someones blog, (one of the first ones while doing research), and the person said to add the pulp. So I DID! =(
And then i read up more about it on day 4 and some say yes (coz the book says you can add 'some'), and I think i read a post of yours, and you said that you don't.
So then on Day 6?, I took out the pulp..
And took out the pulp again on day 9. But still the same results in the bathroom.
Today, i added 1/2 the pulp.

I am doing all the juicing of the organic lemons by hand in the morning (seeds taken out). I make it fresh, but i must say, my cayenne intake is just slightly below the 1/10? I THINK!

And I've done the SWFs every day, except two. One - i forgot to take the lax tea (2nd day), and the other one, i did take the Lax tea.

The Colon Cleanse sounds like HARD WORK!
Maybe i'll do a second Master-Cleanse later down the road (with less pulp), and see how that goes... if its the same, then i'll do a CC.
